Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key customer contact, you will provide order support and product information to our customers, working closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit, and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.

  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and basic math calculations.
