This position is a vital role within the Income Tax Bureau of the Taxation Division. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in customer relations and a keen eye for detail. RESPONSIBILITIES TO FULFILL THE DEPARTMENT'S MISSION:

•Managing individual income tax filings, corporate tax submissions, and property tax credit applications

•Reviewing and modifying tax returns, reaching out to individual income tax non-filers and under-reporters

•Organizing and distributing correspondence

•Addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and written communication

•Processing returned refunds

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

Analytical Skills Dependable Proficient in Computer Use

REQUIREMENTS:
