Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our manufacturing team in Martinsville. As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for performing production work in one of our seven areas: Coating & Laminating, Dye House, DIY, Rewind, Sputtering, Metalizing, and Silicone. You will work under the general supervision of a Team Manager and be responsible for start-up and shut-down of operating equipment, monitoring and troubleshooting equipment, maintaining production area, and performing preventative and routine maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Perform start-up and shut-down of operating equipment
  • Monitor and troubleshoot equipment
  • Maintain production area and participate in housekeeping/safety/environmental inspections
  • Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies
  • Feed or place items onto equipment for processing
  • Perform preventative and routine maintenance
  • Identify process deviations and perform root cause/corrective action

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate basic knowledge and skills by completing the ACT Workkeys assessment testing and attain required scores within 12 months of hire date.
