Job Summary:
Gpac is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engineering standards and best practices to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain engineering standards and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Participate in design reviews and quality assurance activities to ensure that products meet quality and performance standards.
- Evaluate and approve technical documents such as drawings, specifications, and procedures.
- Design and procure tools and equipment to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
- Identify and resolve production problems through root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Lead training and development programs for production staff to improve skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRP systems.
- Experience in metal fabrication, welding, and topcoat applications is a plus.
