We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Papa John's - PJ Operations. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation, including checking orders for quality and accuracy, and following proper delivery procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone.
  • Work as part of a team to assist each other during shifts and complete all closing duties, including cleaning.
  • Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions, and execute cash management duties.
  • Support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average when taking orders.
  • Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas, and comply with safety and security standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works.
  • Proof of insurance and a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to drive and navigate through various routes.
  • Cash management, planning, and organization skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
