Job Overview:

Purpose of the Role: The Equipment Maintenance Specialist is tasked with configuring, fine-tuning, and upholding machinery to guarantee peak production quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and operational challenges
  • Schedule and execute routine maintenance aligned with production timelines
  • Ensure machinery efficiency and adherence to quality benchmarks
  • Conduct equipment evaluations and quality assessments
  • Examine machinery during preventive maintenance intervals
  • Recognize and rectify production slowdowns and quality concerns
  • Offer support and direction to line operators and maintenance staff

Qualifications:
