Facility Highlights:

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is seeking a dedicated Mobility Technician to support our clinical staff and interprofessional healthcare team in an inpatient environment. This role involves assisting with various patient mobility tasks and infection control processes, ensuring the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate patient mobility and assist with exercises or functional activities.
  • Transport patients to and from treatment areas.
  • Inspect and maintain medical equipment.
  • Perform basic clerical duties to support clinical staff in executing treatment plans.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support Certification.
