Job Summary

The Compliance Program Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support and programmatic oversight to datacenter physical security compliance for a complex, multi $100M global client account that spans 30+ countries. This role will be responsible for facilitating, monitoring, and documenting procedures, processes, and overall compliance related to security officer services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with datacenter security operations and other stakeholders to monitor enforcement of standard operating procedures.
  • Identify compliance risks and concerns and implement solutions to improve controls and operations; make suggestions for improvement and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Provide clear and timely findings, determinations, and recommendations to business partners, both at periodic intervals and as needed regarding escalated or high-risk compliance issues.
  • Disseminate written expectations and procedures related to compliance activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs in accordance with compliance initiatives.
  • Schedule and facilitate a variety of meetings and webinars to share information and build awareness.
  • Provide support on projects that drive process improvement within the operations and program support teams; recommend changes to workflows and operating practices to improve efficiency.
  • Assist with development, scheduling, and completion of compliance evaluations.
  • Maintain a customer service approach to problem solving and work with client and program management to find solutions to contract compliance and risk assessments.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree and/or 2 years of related experience preferred, bachelor's degree highly preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job as determined by the company.
  • Intermediate-level skill using Microsoft Office applications, including MS Forms, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Power BI, Teams, OneNote, Project, Visio, and SharePoint.
