Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiation Therapy Supervisor to join our team at the University of California, Irvine. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing direct supervision to professionals and skilled technical employees, as well as managing the overall operation of the Orange Oncology clinic.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct supervision to professionals and skilled technical employees
  • Manage the overall operation of the Orange Oncology clinic
  • Work closely with medical center administration and clinic physicians to ensure seamless operation
  • Develop and administer operational and capital budgets
  • Develop and monitor organizational policy and procedures
  • Perform radiation therapy procedures and complex specialized procedures as needed
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an AMA, JCERT-approved School of Radiation Therapy
  • Five years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • American Registry of Rad Techs certification
  • Basic Life Support certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting concepts and practices
  • Previous supervisory or practice management experience
  • Experience working in a UC and/or union environment
