Radiation Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at St. Joseph Hospital Of Orange. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in the delivery of high-quality patient care, working closely with our Radiation Oncologists to administer radiation therapy treatments and simulation procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and prepare radiation therapy treatments and simulation procedures for patients of all ages, including infants, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Administer radiation therapy treatments and simulation procedures as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist, adhering to strict radiation safety practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest radiation therapy techniques and technologies.
- Satisfactory completion of a program of formal education in radiation therapy.
- National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
- California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire, or California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire.
