Job Details
Regency Integrated Health Services is hiring a Certified Nurse Aide to work at the Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of McAllen in McAllen, TX. This full-time position offers a salary range of $40,000 - $48,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in patient care and be committed to delivering exceptional service to our residents.

Responsibilities
* Deliver routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity
* Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
* Monitor and record vital signs as assigned by the Charge Nurse
* Identify and report potential risks and hazards to the Charge Nurse
* Participate in resident care planning and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

Requirements and Qualifications
* Must hold a valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Experience in a long-term care facility preferred
