Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified Senior Technology Project Manager to oversee multiple complex projects that focus on the integration of technology to fulfill the operational and business requirements of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with company goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
2. Manage strategic initiative projects across various functions, employing established project management tools and methodologies with minimal oversight.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and relevant documentation.
4. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and create contingency plans.
5. Coordinate resources, including team members, equipment, and consultants, across multiple projects and departments.
6. Communicate project expectations effectively to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
7. Compile and report on project status throughout the organization.
8. Oversee the vendor selection process and manage vendor contributions throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Mentor and guide less experienced team members.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technology projects.
• PMP certification is required, or relevant experience with OneMain Financial.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of the flexibility needed in real-world implementations.
• Capable of adapting to shifting priorities and demands through analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence others to achieve consensus.
• Experience working on cross-functional project teams under tight deadlines and heavy workloads.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication skills with experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong presentation skills and experience in delivering training is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision.
• Travel may be required.
