As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting plant projects and corporate programs related to plant engineering, building systems, infrastructure, and improving plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage projects related to plant engineering, infrastructure, and operational excellence, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Facilities Optimization: Establish guidelines for plant systems to ensure proper maintenance and safety standards are met, and report and implement corporate best practices observed in individual facilities.
  • Cost Reduction: Identify and drive cost reductions related to utilities and efficiency improvements, and support equipment moves, plant consolidations, and expansion projects.
  • Capital Project Management: Plan and manage capital projects or support plant personnel as needed, and evaluate plants to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Infrastructure Support: Help plants troubleshoot infrastructure system issues and resolve problems, and help evaluate existing facilities or plant expansions to establish initial budget for evaluation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to conceptualize, design, lead, and manage improvement projects.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines, with proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and 2D CAD experience preferred.
  • Travel: Ability to travel as needed, approximately 50% of time.
