Position: Medication Administration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address any discrepancies or concerns regarding medication orders.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Monitor residents for any changes in their health status and report findings to the nursing staff.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant or relevant experience in elder care is preferred.
  • Ability to perform basic health assessments, including vital signs.

  • Assist with light housekeeping duties as needed.
