Job Overview
A Inside Sales Representative at ACO, Inc. will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and following up on leads for projects within a specific territory. This position requires close collaboration with the outside sales team to promote ACO products to Architects, Engineers, Designers, General Contractors, Subcontractors, and ACO Distributors.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide customer support through knowledge of ACO products and their applications
- Respond to inbound sales calls
- Confirm, configure, set, and use drawing scales to complete the Take-Off process
- Maintain effective internal and external communication with customers, ACO management, and company sales representatives

Requirements
- 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in construction, commercial, retail, or related industries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Access, Excel) and file management
- Excellent punctuation, grammar, and spelling skills
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret simple construction drawings
- Ability to write professional correspondence and speak effectively before groups
- Basic math skills, including the ability to compute percentages and perform calculations in various units of measure

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
