KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately record vehicle sales for both new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Process incoming inventory and manage new acquisitions.
  • Facilitate trade payoffs through checks or electronic transfers.
  • Oversee deal receivables, rebates, and maintain inventory schedules.
  • Address inquiries from sales management promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct basic accounting functions as required.
  • Possess a solid understanding of the Title process.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in accounting is required; dealership experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with accounting concepts, including credits and debits.
  • Proficient in standard office software and accounting systems.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience with CDK software is a plus.
