Automotive Service Consultant

Classic Kia Smithfield is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Consultant to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our service department.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and provide recommendations for necessary automotive services
- Act as a liaison between customers and the service technicians to ensure accurate communication and timely completion of service requests
- Prepare and present service estimates to customers, including detailed explanations of recommended repairs and associated costs
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer interactions and service history
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely and accurate ordering of necessary parts for repairs
- Stay up-to-date with current automotive technology and industry trends
- Prior experience in the automotive service industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient computer skills
- Valid driver's license
Classic Kia Smithfield offers competitive compensation ranging from $50,000 to $80,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
