Position Overview:
The Student Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing assistance to both prospective and current students regarding various aspects of their educational journey. This position focuses on addressing inquiries related to admissions, registration, financial aid, and student accounts through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Student Services Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inquiries about admissions, registration, financial aid, and student accounts.
  • Providing clear explanations of institutional policies and procedures to students and their families.
  • Acting as the primary contact for electronic communications from students and external parties.
  • Processing information requests related to recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Encouraging enrollment by assisting potential students with their inquiries and providing necessary follow-up.
  • Managing incoming and returned mail in compliance with institutional policies.
  • Scanning and verifying the accuracy of internal documents.
  • Offering customer service support by directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned to support the college's mission.

Education and Experience:
A minimum of an associate's degree and one year of experience in higher education or a related field is required.
