About the Role:
The Electric Company in Stockton, CA is seeking a highly organized and friendly receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, this individual will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors.

We are looking for someone new to the office setting looking for part-time work. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment, and possess a professional and courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Keep office area and conference rooms tidy and presentable
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Scheduling estimates

Hours:
Monday - Friday
8am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5:30pm
