About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Coordinator to join our team at Epic HR LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating human resources activities to support business growth and employee success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and benefits administration.
  • Employee Communications: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage employees and promote company initiatives.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Estimated Salary:

$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
