Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Cogent InfoTech Corporation. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate election equipment and prepare inventory for input into machines
  • Record batch reconciliation information and provide verification of output material
  • Review and perform quality assurance checks for various election materials, equipment, and processes
  • Perform related warehouse duties as required and maintain election equipment maintenance
Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 45lbs and have intermediate/advanced computer skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively both orally and written
  • Detail oriented and able to interpret and apply policies and guidelines
