About the Role

Cornell University is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Associate III to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide technical support and assistance to faculty, staff, and students across the university.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computers, software, and other IT-related equipment
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of university policies and procedures related to IT
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support or related field
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows, Apple, and Linux operating systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
