Job Title: Store Associate

CVS Health is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Operate a cash register, handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing information, and complete inventory management tasks as directed by the store manager.
  • Support opening and closing store activities, including setting up and breaking down displays, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist pharmacy personnel as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy to support growth and career development.
Requirements:
  • At least 16 years of age
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and perform other tasks as required
  • Visual acuity to perform tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
