**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain complete knowledge of and ensure associate compliance with all departmental/hotel policies and procedures.
- Interview, hire, train, recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, and provide open communication with team members.
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food preparation procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food cost control, and labor management.
