\t* Coordinate and assist in providing workshops and tutor training sessions
\t* Develop and coordinate participant, staff, and project evaluations
\t* Research and develop funding proposals
\t* Attend national, regional, and state educational and professional conferences
\t* Participate in faculty development and student services activities
\t* Cooperate with all college departments to provide and share information regarding the program and participants
\t* Participate in committees or groups affecting or impacting TRIO SSS participants
\t* Participate in all student services activities as a representative of TRIO SSS

\t* Supervisory skills, including excellent written and oral communication skills
\t* Background similar to that of TRIO Student Support Services participants

\t* Commitment to learning, community college philosophy, and assisting students and faculty
