Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for professionals who excel in fast-paced settings and are passionate about steering projects toward successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the team dedicated to your specific project area.
  • Establish the project objectives and strategy, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective management.
  • Create and sustain a comprehensive, realistic project timeline that aligns with other initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve resource deficiencies and performance challenges, escalating issues to project leadership when necessary.
  • Supervise team activities, approving all outputs and deliverables.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of all project components, including functional requirements, process documents, change impact assessments, testing requirements, testing scenarios, and training materials.
  • Recognize and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies, implementing mitigation strategies or corrective actions as needed.
  • Adhere to defined processes for progress reporting and collaboration across various workstreams.
  • Engage in the Discovery Phase, Due Diligence, selection, and negotiations to facilitate a seamless knowledge transfer.
  • Propose strategies, validate directions, and offer guidance in solution development.
  • Participate in status meetings and contribute as necessary, fulfilling all project management office (PMO) requirements.
  • Conduct necessary data collection and research as dictated by the project.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in payroll management.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve resource gaps and performance issues effectively.
  • Proficient documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage risks, issues, and interdependencies efficiently.
  • Familiarity with PMO processes and standards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in payroll or project management are advantageous.
