- Active Un-Encumbered License: Possess an active, un-encumbered license to practice nursing.
- Certification and Education: Hold a Nurse Practitioner Certification from either the ANCC or AANP, and maintain current CPR certification (ACLS, BLS - Provider, CPR - Provider, or ATLS).
