Opportunity Overview:
The Rewards Specialist will play a crucial role within the Total Rewards team, focusing on the administration of compensation and benefits programs. This position primarily centers on compensation management while also providing essential support to the Benefits Specialist. The individual in this role will address inquiries related to compensation and benefits, ensuring clarity and efficiency in processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in response to inquiries from HR Business Partners and the central People Services team.
  • Facilitate Primient's compensation initiatives, including:
    • Overseeing the distribution of incentive plan communications for target setting and payments.
    • Assisting with market analysis and ensuring market data is accurately reflected in Workday.
    • Conducting audits on participation in compensation programs and data integrity within Workday.
    • Providing ad hoc reporting and analysis to support HR functions.
    • Collaborating with HR Business Partners during the annual salary review process.
  • Support the management of Primient's benefits programs, including:
    • Conducting annual reviews of medical, dental, and vision plans.
    • Overseeing vendor payments and auditing participation records.
    • Gathering employee feedback regarding benefits and ensuring effective communication of benefits information.
    • Coordinating with payroll to ensure timely processing of severance, retention, and bonus payments.
  • Provide analytical support related to compensation and benefits.
  • Serve as the Secretary for the Benefit Plan Committee.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation and/or benefits administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Workday HRIS is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data interpretation and decision-making.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
