Job Summary

Cobble Hill LifeCare is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our Admissions and Marketing Team, you will play a crucial role in building relationships, driving referrals, increasing quality payors, promoting our programs and services, and providing support for the Admissions team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, hospital discharge planners, and healthcare professionals to increase awareness of our services.
  • Marketing Strategy: Identify and facilitate educational opportunities to promote our programs and services, and build and maintain relationships with key organizations, facilities, and stakeholders.
  • Client Support: Serve as a liaison between patients/family members and the Admission team to turn inquiries into admissions and answer any questions they may have about our facility.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute networking events to promote our services and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Communication: Deliver speaking engagements and introduce new patients/clients to our services, and follow up with pending potential clients and maintain relationships with Hospital teams, Insurance companies, and case management departments.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of skilled nursing, hospital, or equivalent marketing experience.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and self-sufficient with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Successful track record of teamwork and leadership driving business growth.
  • Ability to review PRIs, check insurances, and coordinate with Admissions.
