Responsibilities- Register guests and handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
- Handle requests for mail, messages, and packages in a timely and courteous manner
- Operate the front desk computer system and maintain accurate records
- Participate in emergency procedures and maintain a safe and secure environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful
- Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of hotel products and guest services
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
