**Position Overview:** We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our team at Highland Village Pet Hospital. As an RVT, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional care to our patients and supporting our veterinarians in delivering high-quality medical services.
Key Tasks:- Patient Care: Provide direct care to animals, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
- Diagnostic Assistance: Assist with diagnostic imaging, laboratory tests, and other diagnostic procedures. Collect and prepare samples for analysis.
- Surgical Support: Prepare animals for surgery, assist during surgical procedures, and provide post-operative care.
- Client Communication: Educate pet owners on health, nutrition, and preventive care. Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Licensure: Must be a licensed Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in the state of [Your State].
- Education: Graduation from an accredited veterinary technology program is required.
