Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Enrollment Services Representative to join our dynamic team at AtWork Personnel Services. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service to our clients and candidates.

Your main responsibilities will include conducting outreach efforts to identify potential job seekers and presenting them with suitable career opportunities. Additionally, you will work closely with our finance team to guide clients through financial and enrollment processes, ensuring seamless transitions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct extensive outreach efforts to identify potential job seekers and present them with suitable career opportunities.
  • Maintain strict compliance with recruitment laws, regulations, and conduct standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance team to support clients through financial and enrollment processes.
  • Update the Student Information System with comprehensive notes following interactions.
  • Provide assistance to clients regarding required documentation and timelines to ensure seamless enrollment.
  • Participate in New Student Reviews (NSR) and contribute accurate enrollment forecasts.
  • Meet or exceed individual performance targets and support campus objectives in a collaborative team environment.
  • Develop professional networks to generate referrals and inquiries.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
