Admissions Outreach Specialist

**Job Description**
At AtWork Personnel Services, we are seeking a highly motivated Enrollment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to prospective and enrolled students, ensuring timely and accurate information about programs and services.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key responsibilities include conducting outbound calls and interviews, maintaining compliance with recruitment laws and regulations, collaborating with the Finance team, and updating the Student Information System.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls and interviews to provide accurate program, financial, and enrollment information and determine eligibility
- Maintain compliance with recruitment laws, regulations, and conduct standards.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to guide prospective students through financial and enrollment processes.
- Update the Student Information System with detailed notes following interactions.
- Assist students with required documentation and timelines to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Participate in New Student Reviews (NSR) and provide accurate enrollment forecasts.
- Meet or exceed individual goals and support campus objectives in a team environment.
- Build professional networks to generate referrals and inquiries.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
**What We Offer**
