About the Role

VocoVision is a leading provider of virtual student support services, and we are seeking a qualified Education Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced School Psychologist to work with students remotely, providing evaluations, counseling, and support as needed. This is a 1099 contract position, allowing you to work independently and manage your schedule and finances effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote evaluations using online tools and provide virtual counseling minutes to students with varying needs
  • Participate in IEP and student support team meetings to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination
  • Maintain detailed digital documentation and evaluation reports to track progress and outcomes
  • Coordinate with community mental health providers and resources to ensure comprehensive support for students

Requirements

  • A Master's Degree in School or Educational Psychology
  • Valid Oregon certification as a School Psychologist
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a school setting, with a preference for remote experience
  • Familiarity with online therapy platforms, such as Zoom or Teams
  • A capable internet and computer setup for virtual work

Salary and Benefits

This is a 1099 contract position, offering hourly rates of $42-$48, depending on experience. You will have the flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours and enjoy weekly pay on direct and indirect services.
