Catering Sales Manager

At Thind Management, we are seeking a skilled Catering Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling a wide range of cuisines to clients across the country. You will also be expected to maintain a strong presence at events you sell, ensuring that our catering services consistently meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Sales and Business Development:
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing potential clients. Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions. Attend and oversee events that you sell to ensure that the catering services meet our highest standards and align with client expectations. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution.

Market Analysis:
Provide market insights and feedback to improve our menu and services. Proven prior experience in catering sales is required. Strong understanding of various cuisines, culinary techniques, and food trends. Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage client relationships effectively. Willingness to travel to events and be present on-site. Competitive salary and commission structure. Training and professional development opportunities.
