We are currently hiring for various positions. Candidates must be available for weekday shifts and willing to work some evenings and weekends. We seek individuals with leadership potential, a strong work ethic, consistent attendance, and a positive demeanor. Experience in retail leadership and flexible availability is highly preferred. Compensation will vary based on experience, with starting pay ranging from $13-$14/hour for part-time roles and $14-$15/hour for full-time positions. We are looking for several lead buyers. Full-time candidates will also receive 20 days of paid time off after 30 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in purchasing gently used brand-name apparel, accessories, and footwear from customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by leveraging brand and style knowledge.
  • Utilize point-of-sale systems effectively and resolve in-store issues as they arise.
  • Guide team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations in this high-volume retail environment.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store and maintain its overall appearance.
  • Assist with social media content creation and/or photography.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, overseeing the team in the absence of management.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced setting, understanding the urgency of buying and processing, while promoting store sales growth.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A passion for fashion and a keen interest in current trends.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, even without direct supervision.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities. Experience in retail and management is a plus, but not mandatory. Experienced resale buyers are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Energetic and positive attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Professional and respectful demeanor towards customers, colleagues, and management.
  • A desire for career growth within the company.
  • This opportunity is available for both part-time and full-time candidates willing to work days, evenings, and weekends. Responsibilities will be shared among buyers/leads, with paid vacation for full-time employees.
  • Compensation for buyers and lead buyers is determined based on prior experience, tenure with the company, availability, and overall job performance.
