Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and brand standards.
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Supervise daily shift operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance to inform business decisions and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of family restaurant management, including food safety, inventory control, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
