POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Production Associate will take charge of preparing and clearing classrooms and events, managing inventory records, ensuring cleanliness of program spaces and equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service to presenters, their assistants, and guests. This role demands excellent organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently as well as within a team in a dynamic environment.

The Production Associate is an essential contributor to the Production team, and no prior experience is required as we are committed to training the right individual.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and dismantle programs, events, and meetings
  • Communicate effectively with faculty, presenters, assistant presenters, and guests
  • Maintain cleanliness of program spaces and work areas
  • Receive and organize supplies and equipment
  • Support supervisors and leads by reporting on shift activities
  • Assist with administrative tasks as necessary
  • Adapt to new technologies
  • Provide assistance for special projects
