Senior Systems Modeling and Simulation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Modeling and Simulation Engineer to join our Electronic Warfare & Signal Processing group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing high-fidelity simulations and models for subsystems and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement modeling solutions to support the design, development, and deployment of software products containing advanced RF capabilities.
- Conduct trade studies and evaluation of system and subsystem performance.
- Collaborate with different SMEs to guide the direction of the simulations and models.
- Manage modeling and simulation product throughout the lifecycle and support new business efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and five (5) years of engineering experience, or an advanced degree with three (3) years of engineering experience.
- Experience with Signal Processing (AMTI), Tracking, Communications, or Resource Management.
- Experience developing models and evaluating data sets in one or more of the following languages: C, C++, Java, Python, and MATLAB.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance with investigation within five years.
- Experience leading and training technical teams of junior to mid-level systems engineers and analysts.
- Engineering analytical and experience in capture phases Gates 0-4 or experience generating test plans and procedures for software products.
