About the Position

Bison Group LLC is seeking a skilled SVTC Technician II to manage IT and AV equipment, provide live event support, and ensure efficient presentation execution. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Primary Responsibilities
  • VTC Scheduling and Event Support: Coordinate VTC scheduling, provide live event support, and guarantee efficient presentation execution.
  • IT and AV Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and repairs on IT and AV equipment, including information displays, digital signage, monitors, laptops, video record devices, and other end-user devices.
  • Hardware Management: Oversee the unpacking, setup, and management of end-user devices, workstations, VoIP devices, and voice and video conference systems.
  • User Account Management: Create and manage user accounts, ensuring secure access to company resources.
  • SOP Development: Develop SOPs for conference center equipment utilization.
  • Tier III Escalation: Escalate complex IT issues to Tier III teams when necessary.
  • Workstation and Software Support: Provide support for workstation (thick and thin client), VoIP device, and voice and video conference systems.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in addition to education level.
  • Certifications: Current DoD 8570 IAT II or IAM II certification.
  • Clearance: Current active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $ 100,000, based on industry standards and location.
