Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive nursing plans of care, providing consultation and guidance to other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the efficient operation of our nursing department.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develops and implements individualized nursing plans of care based on patient needs and preferences
* Provides education and support to patients and their families on health-related topics and self-care skills
* Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
* Participates in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Arkansas
* 2+ years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
