**Job Summary**

As an Assistant General Manager at Wawa, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the store in the absence of the General Manager and supporting the General Manager in all aspects of running the store.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Execute the corporate training plan for all Customer Service Associates (CSAs) and conduct hands-on training to ensure associate proficiency.
  • Ensure the execution of all action plans and initiatives to drive business growth and improve store performance.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to CSAs to enhance their skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
