About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Operations Manager to join our team at KBR Government Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities across functions, managing department heads, and implementing operational policies to promote efficiency and a positive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily activities across functions, managing department heads.
  • Implement operational policies to promote efficiency and positive culture.
  • Analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Engage with senior management and stakeholders to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
  • Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of significant experience in operations management with proven leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
  • Strong strategic and performance management skills.
  • This position requires a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with a Polygraph is required to start.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
  • Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
