Territory Sales Manager

About the Role
As a Territory Sales Manager at Uline, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and developing strategies to increase sales.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve territory goals, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Provide effective business solutions to customers, including recommendations from Uline's catalog of over 40,000 quality products.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to deliver legendary customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous sales experience preferred, but Uline's thorough training will support you to win every day.
- Valid driver's license and great driving record.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
