We are currently seeking a Senior Program Financial Analyst to contribute to our efforts. This position collaborates closely with program leadership and finance to create, oversee, and present data that guides decision-makers and is vital for program success. Responsible for financial and administrative reporting for various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with program leadership in the Estimate at Completion (EAC) development process; tracks performance against established budgets and timelines
  • Facilitates, monitors, and forecasts program financial indicators to support revenue calculations for month-end closures and financial planning
  • Assists in evaluating financial and internal controls to ensure they meet management objectives
  • Analyzes and projects variances, trends, and expenditure reports; develops financial visuals to support program management and reviews
  • Aids program leadership by executing specific tasks related to the assessment of management practices and policies; suggests modifications to improve operational efficiencies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • In-depth knowledge of internal control systems and procedures
  • Strong financial analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient multi-tasking abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively to meet deadlines
  • Ability to summarize, organize, and present information to various management levels
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person as defined by ITAR
Desired Skills
  • Experience in program planning and/or cost management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Background in the Aerospace sector
  • Capability to obtain a security clearance

Compensation Range
$88,000 - $120,000

Compensation Philosophy
Redwire determines compensation for positions based on local, national, and industry-specific survey data across our U.S. locations. We evaluate external equity and labor costs, considering the prevailing wage index for jobs comparable to those within our organization.
For new hires, we aim to extend competitive offers that allow for future growth. Salaries are influenced by the applicant's experience, education, and specialized skills. Additionally, we take into account the external market rate, our internal budget, and internal equity for the same role. Candidates with a stronger skill set may be considered for higher compensation.
