Job Title: Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager plays a pivotal role in leading multidisciplinary teams for assigned programs/projects, utilizing program management techniques in a highly regulated environment. This position is primarily focused on the timely execution of New Product Development in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS), partner contracts, and product specifications. In addition to New Product Development, the PM will also participate in continual product or business process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing master scheduling
  • Cost, schedule and resourcing estimating
  • DOD contracts - CDRLs/SDRLs proposal formatting

Job Type:
This is a permanent position.

Work Site:
This is a fully on-site position in Goleta, California.

Work Environment:
Highly regulated environment
