  • Leadership and Coaching: Provide coaching and training to other Relationship Development Specialists and/or Tellers, as needed, to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Sales and Customer Service Experience: Minimum 12 months of face-to-face customer service experience and 12 months of sales experience required.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn internal technology systems to perform work tasks.
  • Math and Analytical Skills: Understanding of basic math concepts and principles, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Leadership and Coaching Experience: Supervisory experience and working knowledge of the banking industry and its processes preferred.
