The Docketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in our team, providing timely and accurate docketing services across all U.S. jurisdictions. This position involves monitoring litigation inboxes for various offices, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver, Washington, D.C., and Miami. The successful candidate will have expertise in the Firm's docketing system, CompuLaw, and be able to generate reports, troubleshoot concerns, and provide technical support to attorneys, paralegals, and assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage litigation inboxes for multiple offices
  • Review documents to determine deadlines and update the docketing system
  • Generate reports and coordinate projects as needed
  • Provide technical support and maintain confidentiality
  • Electronically file documents in Federal and State Courts nationwide

Salary Range: $76,000 - $92,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
