Position Overview

The Ladders' Accounting Advisory Services division is on the rise. With decades of experience in supporting finance teams and delivering accounting and financial guidance to our clients, our practice provides strategic advice and project assistance on both a temporary and ongoing basis. Our team possesses the expertise to consult across a variety of areas and specialties.

We are in search of a Senior Manager to deliver comprehensive accounting and financial advisory services to our clientele. This individual will play a crucial role in broadening our service offerings, particularly in outsourced accounting, monthly financial reporting, and U.S. GAAP financial statements. The selected candidate will be tasked with building and leading a growing team.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
  • CPA license or relevant accounting certification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in audit and/or accounting roles, including at least 3 years in public accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards is essential.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Experience in preparing financial statements in accordance with GAAP or other accounting frameworks is necessary.
  • Understanding of GAAP and standards related to compiled/reviewed financial statements is important.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to utilize pivot tables, V-Lookups, H-Lookups, and If/then statements, are required.
  • Proven experience in team supervision and management with accountability.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development, strategy, and practice enhancement.
  • Proven capability to manage, mentor, and develop staff.
