Job Summary:

Oak View Group is seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Attendant to join our team. As a Guest Services Attendant, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer service experience for guests. You will work in a team-oriented environment to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for our guests and ensure all service needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be polite and approachable, making contact with every guest a positive exchange.
  • Maintain a work area (before, during, and after events) and report any maintenance or housekeeping needs.
  • Monitor guest conduct and aid guests when necessary.
  • Perform crowd control management functions.
  • Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team by directing guests to emergency exits when necessary.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Follow procedures and safety standards as directed.
  • Ability to work independently and remain flexible in role.
  • Exceptional customer service skills—outgoing and friendly personality required.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
